Financing
Title ServicesOur lender is in Kansas. The property is titled to our denominational's district office in Madison, Wisconsin. That made for a complicated process and created the need for a lot of faxing and overnight delivery services. A big thanks to Chicago Title Company--Kenosha Branch for helping us work through it all.
Unsung Heroes
We want to thank our District Superintendent, Dr. Randy Berkner for his support, encouragement, consultation, prayer, and behind-the-scenes work he did to make this project possible.
We also had the help and support of the District Advisory Board incuding the generous grant they made to us on behalf of the district.
